Agricultural Cooperative Supply

The Challenge

Over 300 small-scale farmers needed quality agricultural inputs delivered before the planting season. The cooperative had limited storage and required split deliveries to individual collection points spread across the district.

Our Solution

We organized a hub-and-spoke distribution model, delivering bulk supplies to a central warehouse and then distributing to 12 collection points across Mpongwe. Deliveries were timed to coincide with pre-season farmer training sessions organized by the cooperative.
